Ryan Kwanten has been back down under not long ago doing publicity for True Blood, and to see family and a few other bits and pieces. While he was here he stepped in front of the camera for the very talented and successful James Demitri.
James has a really cool style and adding Ryan into the mix makes for some hot results. Unlike his character in True Blood, Ryan kept his clothes on for this shoot, scrubbing up in a sharp suit. The shoot was for a new magazine launching soon called Lure.
If this is the style they are going for it will be a very cool mag by the look of it.
Ryan Kwanten’s first break in Australia came in the form of a soapie called Home and Away where he played an annoying character called Vinnie. I tell you what, he’s come a long way since then. Now starring in the hit series True Blood set in New Orleans, he’s usually not wearing much but looking all the hotter for it.
I’ve just had dinner with a good friend of mine whose sister is an art director for films. She’s currently working on a movie that Ryan is back in Australia filming. Reports from the set paint Ryan as a really hard worker, doing his own stunts, incredibly down to earth and one of the most professional actors around. I love hearing that successful people are still real people. I’m going to see if I can wrangle and interview. I don’t like my chances but it’s worth a shot.
