Bloody buggery shit!

Firstly let me apologise for the lack of posts over the last few days. We’ve had some internet issues here at the house.

Now on to the cause of my swearing. I was planning on achieving a fair bit this evening at work but had a phone call from my housemate. She’d come home to find the back door wide open and the $300 rent that my other housemate left for me missing from the bench along with the spare set of keys. So right now we are waiting on the police to arrive and the locksmith is doing several hundred dollars worth of lock replacements as I type. It’s going to cost us about $200 each. Shit fuck wank tits. Not happy.

It’s going to be interesting.

My new flatmate-to-be hasn’t really explored social nudity, pretty much keeping his nudity to the beach and around the house. He is keen to expand his reportoire to include our nude housewarming (separate to our conventional housewarming) and other nude social situations so it will be interesting to see how he goes. I’m pretty confident that he’s going to take to it like a duck to water. I also think we’ll make really good flatmates.

Now that I’ve made the decision to move out of the current living situation, I’ve been noticing more and more just how much I’ve needed to. I’ve become too comfortable in this household and probably not for the right reasons. Living with another gay man, who doesn’t live on the scene but does enjoy it from time to time, will encourage me to venture out a bit more. For lots of different reasons, I can’t wait!

The new flatmate is in

Thankfully the cranky hermit is gone and the new flatmate is in. We only had to cover one week’s rent for the interim period so that’s not too bad. We chose a guy, 27 year old gay boy. I was hoping to have another guy in the house so I’m quite happy and he already fits in quite well.

I was heading to the beach yesterday and he asked which beach I go to so I told him it was the nude beach which he replied that he goes to nude beaches too. So it’s nice to have another nudie in the house. Maybe, if we have times when the two girls are out, I’ll be able to walk around naked a bit. That would make a nice change.

Can you live nude?

I think I’ve posted about this in the past but recently it’s become more and more obvious that the time is drawing near for me to find somewhere else to live. If I can save my butt off and get a deposit together then I’d ideally like to be in a position to buy a small apartment by the end of the year. The problem with that plan is that I don’t know how long I can last here.

I’ve been where I am for over 3 years and I love the house and get on famously with one of my flatmates, but there have been some circumstantial changes over the past few months with other flatmates. There are four of us in the house and the other three are all women. Needless to say there’s no nudity around the house.

If I decide to move sooner than I’m ready to buy, I’ll be looking to share with one other guy. Ideally I’d like to find a nude friendly flatmate. I understand social nudity isn’t for everyone but surely with a male flatmate, it can’t be too big a deal if I walk between the bedroom and bathroom nude can it?

Do any of you live in nude friendly homes in a share situation? Obviously couples are comfortable nude in front of each other, but I’m curious to hear stories from people not living with a partner, but sharing and being able to be nude around the house. Was it discussed? Did it evolve to that point? How???

Has anyone?

In the quest to find ourselves a new house mate, some friends brought around a mate of theirs who is looking for somewhere to live. He has had to turn the room down because his furniture won’t fit in the room. My house mate commented as soon as he’d left that he’d make a better date for me than flat mate. He was pretty nice, I have to say and cute too.

Her comments got me thinking, a mate from school just got married to a girl he started sharing a place with as housemates at uni but more developed and then they were in love. Would you let something more develop if you were sharing a house with someone or would you keep it platonic because of the proximity?

The hunt begins

One of my flatmates is moving out in a week or two. We’ve known for a few weeks but in our typical fashion, not done anything about it. Oops. So we are on the hunt for a new flatmate. The girl that is leaving is very quiet and pretty much hides in her room, doesn’t use the kitchen and we never see her. So it’s going to be a shock to the system when we get someone in that actually wants to participate in the household.

PS. the picture isn’t really representative of the household.
