Not sure it will happen

I posted yesterday that I thought, given I am going to be house sitting this week, it might be time for a nude gathering. Now I don’t know if it’s going to happen as two of the main participants, and regulars, probably won’t be able to make it.

I posted a while ago that swimming nude is one of lifes simplest and best pleasures. Well for me, having friends that are keen to hang out nude without self consciousness or embarassment is another one. I don’t get why we’ll get nude in a heartbeat with a total stranger if we think it’s going to end in an orgasm but a lot of people are too shy to be seen naked by the people who are supposed to be there for us no matter what, our friends. Odd.

Beautiful day

I spent a good few hours yesterday naked on the beach with some friends and it was the perfect antidote to the lovely but not relaxed time with my family over Christmas. Some other friends are down there today but I got enough sun yesterday that if I spent another day in the sun, I’d end up fried and very red.

Today I’m off to a bbq at some friend’s place and I’m a bit nervous. I’m sure I’ll be fine but I only know the hosts and possibly one or two others and all a bit vaguely. But I figure I’m going and widening my circle of friends is never a bad thing.

Thanks to my friend J

Yesterday afternoon I came home to a huge package sitting on my kitchen bench. No it wasn’t Pavel Novotny, although I certainly wouldn’t have been complaining. It was however kinda related. It was a book from Amazon from my friend J in Canada. Around the Globe by Benno Thoma is full of beautiful photos of the boys from Bel Ami, not surprisingly, taken all around the world. I particularly like the shots of Brandon Manilow and Tommy on the cover. Some of these boys are just life support systems for penises I’m sure. Damn tasty.
Thanks J! It was a beautiful but overly generous birthday present! B x

And HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!!! I hope you have a great night in London at Sugababes! MWAH!

I’m back!

Firstly I need to apologise, the Aussielicious server has been down for a bit but thankfully it seems to be back up and running. Our weekend away was a bunch of fun and apparently we’ve converted a couple of social nudity virgins. We played pool and turned it, after several drinks, into strip pool. If you sink the white ball or one of your opponents balls accidentally you have to remove an article of clothing and if you sink the black ball before you are supposed to, everything has to come off.

We had laughs, sunshine, sunbathing and just a nice weekend away.

Hijacked so well

I woke up this morning and was just sorting out what to do with my day when my dearest friend in the world called asking what I was doing for lunch. So my plans to find a couple of things that I needed and some other bits and pieces that needed doing have just gone out the window. I’ve just spent a couple of hours with my friend who is going through some troubles in her marriage, so it was really nice to be able to just chat and hang out. She had her two young kids with her, so after a couple of hours of Miss 5 year old wildly fluctuating from being cute, to throwing a tantrum and back and forth I’m exhausted.

Fortunately I’ve got a free massage in an hour. We love that. Apparently by me letting him practice on me when he was studying massage I was doing him a favour and he owes me. I say, bring it on. If anyone else wants me to volunteer for such an arduous task, I’m very generous like that.

So no beach for me today. Don’t you just love this photo of Gay Porn tough guy Jake Deckhard playing in the sand innocently like a child? So sexy.

It’s a large farewell… for now

One of the bloggers that I’ve admired most for some time now has hung up his blogging boots. He’s been blogging for four years now and set today as the date, the fourth anniversary of his first post (it’s still the first in the U.S.), to post his last post. Large Tony is one of those writers that takes you somewhere delicious with every word. He can be funny, deeply emotional, cock-sure or humble, but whatever he’s trying to get across, you’ll know exactly what it is.

It’s been a pleasure reading your blog Tony and exchanging emails and stories with you. Good luck with the Attorney, for Granny and for which ever of those silly football teams it is that you follow.

For those of you who’ve never read Big-T’s (or is that tease?) writing, head on over and check it out, and if you want to know why he’s called Large Tony, it’s because he’s tall. Well, that and the other reason

What a day

I’ve just come home from a great dinner with some good friends. It was one of those evenings where you laugh til you are sore, and a beautiful meal too. I needed it. Today at work was one of those days where things were going wrong for everyone.

Do you?

A couple of my mates are working out together occasionally and one of them is quite comfortable, as one would expect in my opinion, stripping off and changing in the locker room after the work out. The other one goes on about not wanting to see his friends junk and calls the other one an exhibitionist.

I don’t get what the fuss is about. Most of my male friends have seen me naked at some point and while I realise that some people are more modest than others I don’t get why being someone’s friend makes them someone you want to avoid being seen by. So, my question tonight to you all is, are you comfortable with your friends seeing you naked, in the shower, gym, beach or anywhere?

I love these photos of groups of guys just casually showering nude together even out in the open. Personally I think it’s how things should be.

Ticking off your dreams

A friend of mine is a life coach and is one of the best examples of “practice what you preach” I’ve ever come across. I interviewed Don a while back on Aussielicious as he’s Australia’s only Aboriginal opera singer as well. Next week at the second match in the 3 game State of Origin Rugby League competition, Don is singing the national anthem live in the stadium. It’s been one of his dreams for years to sing the anthem live in a packed stadium. He’s a constant source of inspiration to some, and should be to many many more. Congratulations Don!

I’m back

We were up early this morning to get our flight back to reality. The last few days have seen us 4WD-ing up and down the coast of Fraser Island, lazing by the resort pool, enjoying $7 Daiquiris, eating a load of unhealthy food, watching spectacular sunsets, skinnydipping in Lake McKenzie, seeing one wild Dingo and having a really lovely break.

It’s going to be a rude shock to the system going back to work tomorrow but I need the money. I’m hoping to put together a little movie, a la Scenic Boys, of our time away. Stay tuned.
