Well it’s update time in the Fitness Challenge. We are two months in and I know I’ve been struggling with energy and motivation. Gym visits haven’t been as regular as they should be and food hasn’t been as good as it should be. I don’t know how much of it was being all tied up shooting the big photographic project on the weekends wiping my energy levels but now that’s over I can relax on weekends and dive into exercise during the week. I haven’t weighed myself or measured anything but I don’t feel like I’ve made any progress.
Derek has been ill and may also have partied a little bit during Pride so he doesn’t feel like he’s made any progress either. He’s also struggling with a hernia situation so his exercise options are limited. He is enjoying summer over in Southern California though so at least a day in the sun will make him feel good. Derek is a nudie so I’m sure that walk down to Blacks Beach helps with exercise.
Damien didn’t go into a lot of detail this time around but even though he hasn’t lost any weight as such, he’s gone down a belt notch which is a great step.
Let’s hope we all stay on track and keep making progress this month.

Brenton – You look great. Derek is looking good as well. Awesome about the change in belt hole for Damian. Small steps and you will make a difference. Just a tip for anyone using Coke (Drink). I large close friend stopped drinking Coke and within a few weeks lost 4 kilo. So….NO fizzy soft drinks.

That hike up and down to the nude beach definitely helps! Except for the fact that you have to keep your clothes on after sweating on the hike up. :/ LOL
I am reaching a plateaux though. I think it is now time to join a gym.
Food control and extra steps have done all they can for now I think.
