My book is now available!

Aussielicious Men

People have been telling me to put together a book of my photography for quite a while now. Up until recently I didn’t think I had enough of a body of work to do a book of the quality that I wanted. Then I started playing with the idea of combining blog posts and interviews with photography but it just didn’t seem to ever gel. It was hard to get the right posts and interviews together and I decided it wasn’t going to work. So it was back to the drawing board and I settled on the photography book. I had two copies made for the exhibition opening night on Friday night and everyone seemed to respond very well to it.

I’ve made the book using Blurb.com which means I don’t have to come up with tens of thousands of dollars to pre-print thousands of copies that may never sell. It, unfortunately, is not the cheapest way to produce a book per unit, but it’s my only option. “Aussielicious Men” is 108 pages of my photography, covering 9 years from my very first male nude shoot with Erik, right up to and including the Freedom exhibition shots and those from the Shrouded exhibition two years ago and everything in between. The book is a 12″ x 12″ hardback book with the very gorgeous Willi on the cover. There’s even a cheeky self portrait (of my butt) at the end. Because the hardback book is a touch on the pricey side for some people, I’ve also made it available as an e-book for people to download to their iPad for the very affordable price of $19.99.

You can preview the book and purchase either the hardback version or the e-book version from Blurb by clicking here.
