Exactly one year ago tonight I tore the tendons off the bone in both biceps. It’s not something that I recommend as the pain was pretty high on the scale and the surgery was expensive and took a while to recover from. Havin gsaid that, a few people told me that it would take at least a year to get back to normal after I was allowed to start using my arms normally again. Well guess what? It’s one year since the accident, and just under six months since the surgery and I’m already pretty much as strong as I was before the accident so I feel like I’ve made pretty good progress. My left arm is still a little weaker. I really should learn to masturbate with the other hand.

or get someone to do it for you B====D~~~
Glad you’re pretty much back to normal. Sports injuries are terrifying, especially if they are the type that affect basic day to day activities.
Brenton… wasn’t sure the best way to try and contact you, but looks like your Twitter account might be hacked!?? I got a DM from you with a link to a fake ‘password verification’ page.
ps.Glad to hear you’ve made a good recovery.
