In the world of gay blogs, models come and go faster than the blink of an eye. A little while ago, Levi Poulter was everywhere, now people are just as likely to ask who? The nature of fame and the internet celebrity culture at the moment means that people are always looking for the new hot thing, the new viral video and the latest hot guy with his wang out. Quinn Jaxon is part of the current crop of guys on the scene. I’m struggling with Quinn. Personally I have nothing against him, it’s more the idea that I’m struggling with. Quinn is a classically trained dancer but is go-go dancing in gay bars. He’s doing a lot of nude modelling and is one of the stable of hot young things shaking his thing in a LOT of videos for Andrew Christian. So far, nothing at all to struggle with.
My problem is that Quinn identifies as straight and while I hate labelling people and much prefer the idea of letting people be whoever they want, Quinn would have to be the most camp straight man I’ve ever seen. There is always the distinct possibility that Quinn is putting on a persona to make the most of his natural talents in a market that worships people less for what’s between their ears and more for what’s between their legs. I guess I’m struggling more with my reaction to Quinn than anything. Instead of just admiring that big beautiful dick and bouncy butt that he’s willing to show of for us, I want to shout “Either admit you are gay or stop playing us”. Which of course I have no right to do and he may be exactly as he seems, a camp straight boy with a big dick who is willing to show it off. I just can’t help but think his fiancé (yeah, I know) is going to feel a bit foolish someday.
He is sure nice to look at, mmm, mmm….but, ‘Quinn, honey, keep the mouth closed.’ It is not cool to aggravate the demographic that pays your way and a bit of mystery goes a long way. Either the fiancee or the primary demographic he caters too are not going to be happy. And I agree, he is the campest straight guy…
I’m with you. I’m starting to get sick and tired of straight guys coming into porn and doing things like Quinn. I don’t want to know that you’re straight, it ruins the fantasy and if you won’t suck dick or get fucked then you’re not worth my time.

Rather i just think he is a guy who is having a bit of fun and actually is saying to the world… there is nothing wrong with acting a bit gay!
Its a shame is 2013 (almost) and we still cant get over these labels to define our personality and link it to our sex life.
People should learn to be themselves, be liked for who they are and gain confidence in themselves because they are being true to their being rather than living in a perpetual state of anxiety, worrying that they aren’t acting butch enough and that no one will ever like them.

Perhaps he’s just playing along with the fantasy. Some gay guys love to fantasize that their gay porn heroes are really straight. Allegedly Reese Rideout is straight, too but he sure looks like he enjoys being bottomed! Frankly I couldn’t care less. Just call me shallow but I’ve been enjoying seeing all of Quinn for a few months now. He certainly does come across as camp in the AC videos… But in contrast I am totally smitten by Colby Melvin… openly gay, cute, sweeter than sweet, eyes that twinkle, a smile that drives me to distraction and thats before I even get started on his body. Quinn puts it all out there but Colby leaves a little to the imagination
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Quinn on a shoot about a year ago. Just like some of the videos that are out there, in person he was truly excited to be at the shoot and his extremely high energy level made of some of the most dramatic and artistic photographs I’ve taken. I really don’t care if he’s gay or straight. That’s something he needs to figure out on his own.

Gay or straight I am happy that there are uninhibited good looking guys out there that enjoy getting naked in front of a camera? Who cares who he sleeps with cuz it ain’t never gonna be anybody here. Just enjoy him for the eye candy and camp he is. Back in art school I was surrounded by straight guys just like this that thought nothing of getting naked in front of a camera, a class or at a party. Just enjoy it.
