This is a reminder to all the challengers taking part in the aussieBum Fitness Challenge. You need to get your first “progress shots” to me in the next few days. It’s the end of the month, that means it’s time! I’ll be taking mine tomorrow even though I know my body hasn’t changed a bit. Thankfully I’m allowed to train again now and lift weights and I feel sore but so so good for doing it. While you are here, go and have a look at the new aussieBum home page. It’s great!
