Those of you who have been reading for a while know that for the last year or more I’ve been getting frustrated at my lack of discipline in the gym and my eating habits are no better. For the first time in my life I’m understanding how people become overweight and don’t get rid of it.

I got a bit lazy and as a result I feel more sluggish, which of course leads to being more lazy and so on it goes. This morning I woke up with a sore shoulder. How on earth do I injure myself in my sleep? It’s getting very depressing and frustrating. With only 3 weeks left til I’m at Burning Man, Vegas and NYC I wanted to feel great and look good but I don’t know how that’s going to happen. I’m also fighting a cold and a sore throat so I can’t really go to the gym and push myself. Any motivational tips will be much appreciated.
