Those of us doing the AussieBum challenge are now getting into it with just under 4 months till deadline.

Richard has been working on his target areas, chest and arms, and doing a 2 day split routine focussing on drop sets to blast the areas. He’s also taking protein supplements.

Shannon is going hard, hitting the gym 4 times a week, twice a day. He’s doing weights in the morning and cardio in the afternoons including a boxing class.

I’ve been to the gym a few times a week and also thrown in a little cardio. A little is more than I would normally do but still not enough. I’ve also been rehearsing for an aerials show which means an extra session of climbing or two per week. I’ve tried to be smarter with what I eat as well.

Hiram promises he’ll contribute a shot for the next progress report but he’s undergoing some serious tattooing and hasn’t been able to train as much because of scabbing and soreness.
