The fourth plinth in the square was never &#039;occupied&#039; and remained empty until 1999 -2001 when a series of temporary artworks were placed there. In 2005, it was decided to make it a continuing changing exhibition. Currently there is a commemorative statue of Sir Keith Park, due to be replaced in 2010 by &#039;Nelson&#039;s ship in a bottle&#039;: http://www.london.gov.uk/fourthplinth/plinth/shonibare.jsp

&#039;One and other&quot; was amazingly successful and could be viewed live on one of the satellite Arts TV channels.</description>
