Over time I have seen you post pictures of older guys in great physical condition, (and these have encouraged me to accept what is achievable for me in terms of fitness goals, etc). I have seen many "non caucasians." Whoever threw the insult seems to me to be a casual observer without rather than someone that has looked for a while.
