It was a fabulous show and I'm still buzzing about the production values, great sound (even in the barn that is the UIC Pavilion) and the truly fun time we all had. I only hope she enjoyed performing for us. The best part was unscripted. The bass player had a problem and while she waited for it to be fixed a bunch of guys in the front started singing "Your Disco Needs You". She said she would sing a little of it while she waited and she and her 2 back-up singers did the whole song acapella and led a sing-a-long without the band playing. It was awesome. She even included a little of my favorite of hers, "What Do I Have to Do", in the medley of her old hits.
