I know he’s only young, but after stacking on 30lb of muscle for this movie, I feel it would be remiss of me NOT to drool over Taylor Lautner. Check out the body on this guy! I watched Twighlight a few months back and while I liked it, I don’t really get the freaky obsession, but with New Moon featuring hot buff werewolves walking around with their shirts off, I just may buy into the hysteria!

Many, many years ago there was a short-lived TV series called WOLF LAKE, about a sort of werewolf Mafia in a small Northwest town. Lou Diamond Philips played a sheriff looking for his girlfriend (a werewolf). Paul Wesley was in it as a young teenwolf; I think he had some nude scenes. Never made it to DVD.
You should know that Stephenie Meyer, the author of the Twilight books, is a Mormon and tithes a portion of her income to the Mormon Church– meaning that anyone who reads the books or sees the movies is financially supporting things like Proposition 8 in California.
30 pounds! At 18, no problem!
To rebute Jon’s comment, Mormon tithes were not and are not used to support Prop 8. I am gay and mormon and although I loathe the church’s involvement in rallying the troops, the facts should be stated correctly. Read her books, enjoy the movies, enjoy Taylor!!! Which is what this post is about.
I don’t understand what you’re basing that on, Scott. Meyer has stated that she tithes her 10% to the Church, and the Church was instrumental in getting Proposition 8 passed with dollars and dogma. For example: http://www.advocate.com/news_detail_ektid64163.asp
So… yeah. Where are you getting this from? Mormonism is far from the only responsible party, but it is indeed responsible.
i will very happily ignore jon’s suggestions. thanks for sharing, brenton.
