You may think you don't have the room, but, when you get in you may have it... I would wait for your sister and hubby to pick up furniture until you actually move. The little stuff yes get rid of paper work, and crap like that.... but, don't be to hasty on the furnishings. Greg Brenton,

Although the house I was moving into was larger than where I was living. I had 10 days to pack up and move a 2400sq house and it was tempting to just put it all off until I got into the new place. Until I realized how much the actual cost of moving everything was going to be. I found these resources extremely helpful. Once I got started I was amazed how much ended up either being sold off or donated to charity. Plus it felt amazing to move into a new place with that clean-slate feeling.
