Last night I did the photoshoot of the hot 21 year old, Kieran. He was kind enough to offer to model for me after seeing the stripper shots. We decided we’d try for some moody night time nudes at Bronte Ocean Pool. We met another friend there at 1.30am-ish last night. It was a tough shoot. The really low light levels meant that we were working with a 5 second exposure. The low water temperatures meant that poor Kieran not only got to see his testicles disappear quite quickly (no mean feat when you saw the size of them initially) but he also got to be VERY cold.
I hope he’s happy with the results. I know I’m pleasantly surprised. I would normally be all over the place shooting off dozens of frames at a shoot, changing angles and playing with lighting. Because of the long exposure, we had to use a tripod. That coupled with the location meant I was very restricted in angles and variation. Kieran was a trooper and I will definitely be shooting him again.
Congratulations – I love the pics and you captured a mood in them as well as a handsome man. They are so crystal clear it’s as though they are from an ice cave and are sooo crisp. Well done Brenton and thanks for sharing.
I hope Kieran suffered no permanent damage! His and your efforts are amply rewarded in the unusual and very evocative images.

Hi Brenton. Firstly, i apologise for an email I sent that was a little ( lot ) self absorbed. I was in a bad place but it is no excuse.
I loved the shots at Bronte. The mood, the subject and the lanes in the water where very special. Such a change from the guys on the rocks ! I used to do laps at bronte for many years so it’s kinda special and I have no other reminder expect in my mind.
It would be great to see a collection of your work displayed somewhere. Personally I’d love to hang a picture of Kieran, it’s moody, not too sexual but celebrates the male form with nature.
Well done. I know you have many committments but please do more photography, i love it and i’m sure you could make a name for yourself with photos such as this.

I’m having some trouble getting to load your site. I visited it many times before & never got anything like this, but now when I try to load the site it just idles for a minute or two & then just stops. I have tried both with www and without.
