Fiercely, proudly Australian!

Sean Ashby from aussieBum has been called many things, but not one of them has ever been unpatriotic. With one of Australia’s biggest brands, Bonds, being taken off-shore while the management rake in millions in bonuses, Sean has been appearing on TV and in the press proudly stating that there is no reason for Australian companies not to produce locally with local materials.

If I ever decided to become a producer of anything, it would be a focus of mine to deliver quality locally made products into the marketplace. Cheap imported goods from lesser quality production would never satisfy me. Above is Sean’s story on a local current affairs program. Below is the hot new video from aussieBum, Moreton Bay Island – Episode One!

Congrats to AussieBum. You prove the true Australian spirit. Stuff share holders. These companies always put shareholders first. Look at the banks. You are just an inconvenience to them if you bank with them.

Good for him!! He deserves to thrive and make a profit, much more so than anyone who slinks off to some third-world country to make a buck off the backs of the hard-working poor.
And, I never could bring myself to pay $20 or $30 for 50 cents worth of material, such as International Male would charge for some skimpy little thong!
Besides….I think it should be a Law that you can’t wear those things unless you actually LOOK like one of the models!! And, how we like to LOOK at those models!
