The last few weeks have been absolutely insane for me with 3 rehearsals a week for the Aerialize shows, gym, pole dancing and trying to maintain a regular job and a social life leading up to christmas. The first thing to suffer when I’m busy is my diet. I haven’t cooked for myself for at least two weeks which is awful.
I don’t know why they call that part at the bottom of your fridge the crisper, because all my veggies turn to liquid in there.
I was supposed to do a pole routine at a friend’s pole dancing studio tonight but I’ve cancelled because now that all my busy stuff is over, this weekend my body seems to have just said “Enough!” and I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck and have barely moved off the lounge. I feel guilty and bad for doing that to her but the studio is over an hour’s drive away for a 2 minute routine and then over an hour driving back. Not tonight.
So the next two weeks off work are going to be good food, good company, family Christmas, lots of time nude on the beach and looking after myself. But right now, disc 2 of season 6 of Sex and the City is waiting.

When your body tells you it has had enough, I find it a good idea to listen. The beach sounds like just the cure. Although here in the northern part of America, nude on the beach on Christmas just sounds cold!
Are you still going to Byron over Christmas/New Year, Brenton?
Actually, that’s not my website, but a picture of Jack LaLane. Get thee a Jack LaLane Juicer laddie, f you’re going to keep up this schedule, it sure appears to be a good way to get fresh nutrients quickly. And tastily, I might add.
Jack is a 90+ us exercise & fitness guru, and was a hottie in his day. I would do him before any other 90 year old I am familiar with.
Well it is best to listen to your body. I wish I had because now I have a terrible cold and all my plans are ruined.
