Really bloody early

My mother will attest to the fact that I was born really early and that I’ve never been late for anything in my life. Today though, I accidentally took that a little far. This year daylight saving was moved to start 3 weeks early here, so it started at the beginning of October and we all put our clocks forward one hour. Last night without my knowledge my mobile phone went forward another hour, because last night was when daylight savings would have kicked in normally. So I got up, got my stuff together and headed for the beach like I planned at around ten. I rang a mate to see if he was joining me as planned. He said “I thought you were leaving around ten?” I said I was and he proceeded to tell me it was only 9.30 now! Once I worked out what had happend, I had a chuckle, opened my book and proceeded to chill out on what was a fairly quiet beach at 9.30am.

    Bravo Brendan!

You will find that this psychotherapy will be one of the toughest things you will ever do in your life. In order for the therapy to effective, you have to look at yourself and take ownership of some things that, perhaps, you would rather avoid.

Also, don’t be surprised if the problem resolution doesn’t have much to do with the near past, but rather much further back into your childhood.

Also be prepared for the fact that 6 weeks may not get the results that you are looking for. It may require more time. If it requires more time. Make the sacrifices necessary and do your time!

It took you a long time to get to the place in which you now find yourself, and it make take some additional time to get to the place where you are comfortable with yourself.

You are a brave guy to take a really close look at your inner self.

    Been there, done it!

    Good luck and best wishes,

    Rick
