Three hours in the blazing sunshine with my clothes off lapping up the vitamin D yesterday saw me very very relaxed for the afternoon. I had some lovely company but had to leave around 1.30 as I hadn’t eaten much at all and needed to eat something. It looks like the working week is going to be rainy and wet here in Sydney which makes it easier to sit in the office.
