Every now and then I’ll get a comment on some of my online profile photos. Guys say things like “love the speedos”, or “man I love speedos too”. Apparently there are lots of guys into speedos out there. For me, I see speedos or my preference, aussiebums, as a functional item of clothing to be worn when necessary. I guess that comes from doing swimming training every day through summer all the way through my childhood and teenage years.
It gets me thinking, just like the guys with shots of themselves from belly button to mid thigh in 7 different pairs of football shorts, it’s a really focussed sexual niche. I’m always intrigued by what turns other people on. Like straight women getting off on gay porn, men into being tied up etc. I guess hearing other peoples fetishes is a mild one of mine.
I’m just wondering, where are these speedo shots that I’m not seeing? I do love men in speedos too, spandex bike shorts are another fav. Used to have a neighbor who biked and he came over right after one such bike ride all moist and delicious, showing one of the most delicious bulges ever. If he didn’t know I was gay before, he knew then.

I am definitely one the guys who’s into speedos & underwear, and I love Aussiebums! Never having been a swimmer, they seem exotic, out of the way, and unusual…it could also be that prudish Americans generally prefer trunks. Generally, too, the pictures you post and the ones people lust after are of really attractive men in speedos - no one is into a guy with fat rolls that pour out over the top of a teeny weeny bikini, right?

I think the speedos don’t do it for you because they are so common on your beaches (at least judging by pictures I have seen of australian beaches). You know how you can be desensitized by stuff that you experience all the time.
In the US you don’t see guys wearing little swimsuits like that very much. You mostly only see them on competitive swimmers and divers or in photospreads. Over here guys mostly wear board shorts anymore.
