Barely moving

I’m sorry for the complete lack of updates over the last few days. Today is the 3rd day in a row i’ve been in bed with the flu. I took myself off to the doctor this morning and he’s given me some antibiotics which hopfeully will have me back on track quick smart. Today I don’t feel quite as dead as the last couple of days.

Antibiotic for a viral infection??? They only work on bacterial infections :(

Wish they worked on the flu – could get rid of mine then!!!

BARELY is better than NOT AT ALL. So, keep on with the barely. Besides that, it has the word BARE in it….so I like it much better. Hugs for a speedy recovery.

May I make one suggestion? If you review your posts over the past couple of years, there are many, many entries where you’re not feeling well, you have the flu, a bad cold, etc. I recognize that hanging around with your young niece and nephew may contribute to your ailments (kids, bless their hearts, are germ factories), but it seems like you have more than your fair share of sick days. I don’t know how much you drink, and I’m guessing you don’t smoke, but you may not be getting enough sleep, eating right, and keeping stressors out of your life. The accompanying picture to this post was of a yoga pose…yoga, meditation, proper rest, decent nutrition, and a life in balance will do wonders for your overall health. I’m not trying to be a nag or an old grandma…but hey, I care about you, doggone it!
