You know – people call these crimes ‘summary offences’, or minor crimes in law – I think they’re vile and should be thought of in more serious terms in law . Who has the nerve to damage someone else’s property and steal their stuff? Sorry to hear that Brenton……

unfortunately this is the world we live in. if you have to leave something in your car put it in the boot. put it in he boot before you reach your destination as the thief could be watching when you put it in your boot when parked…..

Am sorry to hear of your loss mate! Been there,had my truck stolen out of my garage a year ago and I was home. But, if you charged your purchase of the ipod Touch you may be able to be reimbursed, least I know my American Express Card will replace it within 90 days. Also, check with you auto insurance company.

Also, saddened to hear about the missing young man. It’s a shame.

That happened to me as well, and I was at home in my “secure” gated community… Smashed my window, got my ipod, and my favorite cheap pair of sunglasses… Fuckers… Sorry to hear Brenton…

That really sucks. But on the bright side, at least they only took the iPod and not your car. Everything is replaceable and they are just objects. Objects that we really enjoy and get pleasure from, but still.

Did you by chance have the password protection on so they’d have to log in the password before it would openn? That would of really pissed off the person who stole the iTouch. I’m sorry to hear of your loss, that bastard!!!!!!!

I really hope you used one of those qualifying credit cards to purchase your iTouch…

Now I don’t know if you even used one or not, but a simple search turned this up… so you might be able to get your money back somehow… If not, next time, you may want to consider using something like this…

Sorry to hear about the incident. In our neighborhood we actually have a girl, maybe 12 years old, who walks down the street checking each car door to see if it any are unlocked. It is sad the see children do it. Don’t let it destroy your faith in humanity though. Hang in there.
