Cheers funky

Hey Brenton,

i have been working out like hell since last september and didn't get much results at all which was somehow very demotivating / frustrating, especially when i'm living with an italian with 'good genes' and he can just bulk up easy...but i accidentally stumble across MAX OT and signed up on his free 12 weeks course and man, i'm getting great results with it and of course nutrition and supplement is important as well. my housemate and everyone at the gym, even the ones that i dont know started commenting on me and said, man, you're getting bigger, keep up the good work. i guess, in some ways, if you get results from your hardwork, you look forward to going back to gym again and again, i have a goal to look like a model, to be on catalogues..that's why no matter how hard or how long it takes, regardless of my genes, if i have to work like a tortoise, compare to a hare, i'll give it my best shot, and commit / discipline myself to go to gym, 5 days weight, 2 days swimming..hate running..haha...

something else to tell you about my housemate - you can find him on the upcoming alphamales new dvd, he's the dvd cover dude. he runs around naked at home ....

dont know much about training programs, but i have been told, the days of exercising different sets of muscles is "old school" thinking.

i think current thinking is doing an all over workout, maybe with emphasis on an area of interest, and then days of rest between.

and of course, regular sessions the key.

keep up the work. it is a lifestyle, not a passing fad.

cheers
