		<description>Actually, strength and flexibility are not mutually exclusive.  It&#039;s just that most guys who lift weights can&#039;t be bothered to work on their flexibility with as much dedication as their biceps.  And those who are flexible, like dancers or yoga practitioners, don&#039;t bother with the gym.  But any gymnast or Broadway dancer is a perfect illustration of the two combined.</description>

The young man has it choreographed beautifully with the music, and is free enough with his body and strong enough that one simply appreciate the spectacle of him moving through the air, seemingly at will.   Extraordinary.  I&#039;ve not seen anything outside the tent of Cirque de Soleil!</description>
