You can apply it to any sexual situation between two adults. Two consenting adults, where one's a boss and the other's his employee, can have sex, but it doesn't mean they should. On the other hand, are you a professional photographer where you expect to get photography work at many publications (in which case your reputation is important)? Or are you just taking pictures of this guy for your website and calling yourself a photographer? There seems to be a fine line with these sites that get popular and earn money from their traffic... On one occasion I did let it go past just taking photos and was okay. I say just go with what you both feel is natural and that you're comfortable with.
