I've just been in a job for almost 2 years. They finally advertised it and I didn't get it. It really deflates you big time. Oh well, I've always tried to look on the bright side. One door shuts, another one opens. I'm applying for another one and in the meantime I go back to the original job. Fingers crossed. I guess that it's these times that actually "make you feel alive".
