However, I think that if you are publishing &#039;expert&#039; opinion on something as important as HIV, I think it would have more credibility if you quote the source. There are also several experts in Australia, who could talk to the situation in Sydney and Melbourne, where the majority of your readers would no doubt live. Not discrediting your friend or the information at all, but if people are giving expert opinions, they should take credit for that information and be prepared to defend it if necessary. 		<description>I find the seroprevalence rates pretty interesting in that they suggest around 1 in 5 gay guys is HIV positive (in London). That seems remarkably high.</description>
